英文的時間用法

幾點幾分我相信大家求學時就已經學過了

只是不知道有沒有還給老師

可是像我們在用口語說幾點多

大概多久

或是搞不好人家英文同樣的時間有不同的說法

1. -ish的用法
"When would you like a viewing?"
"How about tomorrow? Say tenish?"
這裡tenish的意思是around 10 o'clock, about 10 o'clock的意思
數字或長度後面加 ish 就有大約的意思
其他例句：
"I'll meet you at seven or eightish."
"He's tallish" 他還算高。
"It was reddish". 那個有點紅。

2. 其他關於分鐘小時的說法
須注意分的數字是否是5，10的倍數，習慣上不加minutes
9:10
ten past nine
ten after nine
nine ten

9:15
a quarter past nine
a quater after nine

9:16
nine sixteen
sixteen minutes after nine
sixteen minutes past nine

9:20
twenty past nine
twenty after nine
nine twenty

9:30
half past nine
half after nine
half to ten

9:45
a quarter to ten
nine forty-five

10:00
10 o'clock sharp
10 o'clock on the dot
10 o'clock on the hour
10 sharp
on the dot of 10
